Wow, it's been months since I've posted. Good job on my part. So much shit has happened in my life I'm going to sum it up in a fun little poem for all the readers at home:
I've started high school (what a drag)
But I've made some friends (And seen some old ones)
I'm finally moving (THANK THE LORD)
All my shit's in boxes (My room is so bare...)
I'm finally a vegaterian (Bout time slick)
Pisses my mom off to no end (No mother, I DON'T want any meat with dinner!)
Dad's off in Houston ( 2 months of freedom!)
And my theater teacher is all but going to drag my ass to ITS (Like I have time)
And my teacher said I couldn't write poetry :D
It's almost 10, and I've yet to do any of my homework:Biology booklet (1 day late)Theater essay (3 days late)Workbook pagesUgh.

Day of the Goat
Well, I was woken absurdly early this morning (about 8:30) by my mom, who insisted she had something unbelievable to show me. Not awake at all, I follow her into the living room, where there were two goats. Yes, goats. They had followed my mom home from her morning walk, and were really friendly, following us all over the house, and if they weren't within ten feet of one us would freak out. Talk about separation anxiety.
Oh, you know the rumor that goats will eat anything? Yeah, it's true. Just this morning, these little guys have tried to eat printer paper, a stack of index cards, a plastic door frame decoration, a trashbag, a plastic wrapper, an electrical wire, a bagel (my breakfast), me, the fridge, and the couch.
So, my mom made 'found' flyers and we posted them around the neighborhood, and as we putting up the fourth one we already got a call. So, now the goats are back home with their family who was frantically searching for them while they ate our house. I kind of miss them.

On another note, I'm teaching myself American Sign Language to cure my boredom. It's surprisingly easy. But I really dont think I'm going to use it, seeing as I've yet to meet any deaf people. Oh well, couldn't hurt to know it. It's kind of cool that I can say my name in ASL. I'm still working on putting a sentence together.
Lastly, I am well aware that I'm writing this to no one but my best friend, and I all but have to tie her to a chair to get her to. But, oh well. Hey Karina!

CDs. What are those again?
Well, I've recently had to revert back to Stone Age technology. CDs. Why, you must ask, would lead me to such desparte measures?
Well, due to recent computer troubles, I cannot visit pandora.com, my one stop for all my favorite music. So, I've just been listening to my Zune (so much better than an ipod, don't let anyone tell you different)
Then, my Zune died. That's what I get for thinking it can go days and days without being charged.
So, I have to wait about 12 hours for my Zune to finish charging, and in the meantime, if I do not listen to music, I devolp a twitch. It's just the way I am. So, I dug out my old CDs, blew off the dust, and popped them in.
Alright, quick thing you should know. My CD collect consist of: 2 Beatles CDs, 3 indie CDs I got at SXSW, 1 Boys like Girls CD, 1 Linkin Park, and 1 Fall Out Boy. Very pathetic. It wasn't for the Beatles I would probably have a cardiac arrest or something.

First blog post... ever

Hello my near and dear readers (all 0 of you) I'm your typical rebellious teen who is bored out of her mind of the summer and decided to create a blog, who is also aware of how clique and just plain corny that sounds. So, first off, some things to know about me:
I'm fourteen, and will be going to High School for the first time next year. Go jaguars.
I live in the most boring town in the U.S., which about twentyish miles away from Dallas.
I am a bookophile. Some of my favorite authors: Stephenie Meyer, James Patterson, Jodi Picoult, Edgar Allen Poe, Margaret Atwood, Jane Austen, Joyce Carol Oates, Louis Lowry, Shakespeare, and many more that I cannot recall.
Yes, you heard right. Stephenie Meyer. I'm one of those people. I hate being a follower, but the Twilight Saga is simply amazing.
I'm also a writer. If you want to read my stuff, you can go here: http://www.fanfiction.net/u/1468128/ or here: http://www.fictionpress.com/u/598025/.
And, despite the fact that I hate TV, I am absolutly a huge lover of movies. I favor independent films, but anything will do, as long as it's well made. One thing you can expect from me is movie reviews. Lots and lots of movie reviews.
